Cancellation: we only accept returns if your wedding has been cancelled. Email us of your cancellation, we will respond with a cancellation number, and instructions on how to repack in the original and the address to return it to. You pay for the return shipment. If the bouquet is returned without any damage (we have pictures), we will refund the price of the bouquet, less $25 cancellation fee. We do not return the shipping. No refunds otherwise.
